Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. in such a case it is required to be checked once so you should contact your local doctor as you need to get clinical examination done for proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment is possible it will be better approach,it ias difficult to suggest without knowing thorough details.

U Can you clean it from outside with a soft wet clothes still if you feel that there is too much of smell or dirt present there then you should get a check either with your paediatrician or an ENT doctor for further clarity and understanding over the issue
