Q.

#askdoctors after pregnancy my menstrual cycle is not occurring every month.. I am getting skipped cycles and it is lasting longer than usual.. Is it normal?

A. hi mom cycle length of 21 to 35 days is considered as normal so if ur cycles are longer than this then u need to consult with your gynecologist ..

A. Hi parent If you are lactating mom , it's natural that her periods will be irregular as long as you are breast feeding her. But if you are not breast feeding and still you don't have regular periods , you should take enough supplements and necessary medication Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
