POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Hairfall after delivery is common due to hormonal changes in the body. Aap apne diet mein iron and protein rich foods include karein alongwith lots of fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like olive, coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Week mein one time onion juice apply karein, results milega.
