Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi To track baby's growth, best is to plot height And weight periodically on a growth chart Till 6 months, baby's should gain 400 to 500 gm every month initially babies lose 10% if their birth weight in the 1st 10 days, which they gain back .
