Hi . for increasing or getting healthy weight gain which is important for you to provide your child with high calories in his diet which you can do by incorporating high carb high protein foods like potatoes banana sweet potato boiled egg milk and milk products various fruits and vegetables and small amount of fat content like ji butter cheese and nuts in powdered form

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Consult your child’s doctor for advice on any vitamin deficiency in your child.
