ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. water is content in the initial portion of breast milk that takes care of propahydration so if you are breastfeeding and regular intervals and your baby's passing adequate urine throughout the day then don't worry there is no need of giving water
