Q.

#ask to expert my girl 14 month old..has vit D 6 Ng/ ml and my vit D is 11.8 Ng/ml does my deficiency affect my girl??? if yes what should do for the same??

A. No it will not affect now as it might during pregnancy so try to eat a healthy and nutritious diet and take supplement for atleast two months and expose the child to direct sunlight 30 mins a day

A. well thanks Dr as she delivered normal n birth weight is 3 kg ...but from 9 th month her weight is 8 kg upto 14 th month so we do test n found Vit D is too less..else she is so active n clever just standing without support now not yet walking

A. no idea if you are a breastfeeding mother you are giving supplement to the baby according to the requirement and as suggested by the Doctor had your baby will not suffer with any problem
