Q.

#ask to expert girl of 14 months old birth weight 3 kg normal delivery current weight is 8 kg her vit D is 6 Ng/ml and my vit D is 11.8 Ng/ml is my deficiency affect my girl or other reason is there??? Dr advice her for sun exposure before my test done...what else do for the same she is active ... her weight from 9 th month is 8kg upto now eating properly...daal rice , upma, pohe, khichadi chapati subji, banana, apple ,mango currently dry fruits milk is stopped as per Dr.

A. it is important to continue to give vitamin d supplements to the child and gradually the level will improve and at least every day you should make the child play in sunlight for half an hour to 45 minutes

A. Hello mom Some babies don’t gain weight easily but in such cases if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. You should just follow the instructions given by your paediatrician because your doctor has examined to your baby. You should not give any medication till it is not prescribed by Dr
