ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. you should start using bio oil or Mederma stretch marks cream from 6 month of pregnancy regularly for about two times a day and continue for 1 to 2 months after your delivery which helps reduce the stretch marks to about 80%
