#ask the expert why sugar and salt should not be given till 1 year to child?

A. because Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. And babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm. You can make your baby food more interesting and tasty by adding spices appropriate to the age of the baby. Sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children. Excess sugar may cause caries andtooth decay in children. Excess of sugar may depress immunity. And leads to obesity, diabetes. You can add natural sweetener in baby food- Any fruit can be added to baby food to make them naturally sweet Dates Syrup.

A. Hi Doctors say that it is not going to have a good effect on to the growth and brain of the child which is why they refused to give all these things to the child but my paediatrician said that I should be giving everything from the very beginning so I gave and never felt that there is any difference or anything wrong that way
