Q.

#ask the expert. My son is 6 months old. I make him sleep at night around 9.30/10 pm. He sleeps for like 1/1.5 hours and then he wakes up crying, rubbing his eyes and scratching his ears and head. either I feed him to sleep or I take him in my lap and make him sleep. he sleeps but after 15/20 minutes he wakes up again crying, rubbing his eyes ears and this process continues which disturbs my sleep and I get very irritated after a period of time. as he is 6 months now so I feed him moong dal puree at 9 pm. plz help

A. Hello mom would recommend that any new foods can be given initially in the day time first so that the baby is able to digest well and get used to it . And in case of any reaction as such that can be known . Also gradually then plan to increase the meals , quantity and variety
