#Ask the expert My son is 3 years and 2 months old. He keeps repeating alphabets A to z and 1 to 10 numbers and repeating his relatives names parents, uncles and aunties names. Note: He has speech delay. Need your valuable suggestions

If your child is repeating all these things and maybe your child has learned it well from the screen time maybe that you have given to the child because a child is quite perfect by this with this with the screen time only so that may have led to the delay in the speech so I would advise you to one time consult a speech therapist for this
