Q.

My son is 4 years old and not speaking words..he speaks A to Z and 1 to 10 numbers...and do mermerizing of rhymes...what could be the problem??

A. hello this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and you can check with your doctor if speech therapy is needed and your doctor can guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
