# Ask the expert my baby is 3yrs 5 months old. what can I give her with milk? Right now I'm giving her banana shake and other times plain milk.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's fine if you give plain milk.. if you are worried about his weight then try giving him some fruits , bananas , porridges, kheer dry fruits powder dissolved in milk one spoon .
