#Ask the expert My 1yr old doesn't eat in good quantity, hardly eats one and two Spoon. No Cowmilk only breastfeed .How to manage this....

and avoid to force feed. give food from your plate.
as now all usual family foods can be given

Teething may have started to happen with your child and also you should add necessary salt and spices into the food give everything that you are traditionally making at home for your entire family instead of the child is not taken despite of the reason I’m suggesting if you see that is not correct then you should check with your doctor
