Q.
#Ask the expert i am a mother of 3 months old child. after few days of my delivery i was having severe body pain.especially back pain.i cannot lie down on the bed on back. if i do i can't even stand without somebody's help. what is the reason for this condition. plz help. what can i do to overcome this.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. see its die to the exertion ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
