Q.

#Ask the expert. Hello, My baby doesn't sleep through out the night. In the first year he slept in the morning till noon. Hence he couldn't be taken out in the morning sun light. Would it hamper his immunity? As morning sun light is very important for overall development.

A. hello the natural sunlight is very important and is the natural source of vitamin so it would be better to take a baby out for the sunlight now for few minutes at least which would be helpful for the child.. and any concern you can check with your doctor if any additional supplement is required
