ask the expert hello I am 16 weeks pregnant and my wt is 53 kg in starting 1 month it was 57 kg is any harmful to my baby due to my wt lossor is it normal

A. Hey, i had faced similar situation in my pregnancy... As long as the baby’s growth is okay (which u can confirm during scans), all is fine.. Dont worry ! I was put on hugh protein diet... pls consult your doctor for the same

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so pleasge consult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routinxxe check up done

A. In initial three weeks a lot of women can lose up to 5 kgs of weight and that is considered completely normal so don’t worry about it now if you eat well the weight is going to increase over the period and it is not going to have any negative impact on your childWrite Your Answer Here
