#ask the exp I am 30 yr old and I have 2 daughter.6.5 yr old and 9 month's old.. my weight is only 35 kg please can anyone suggest me how can gain weight.. can I take any suppliment or specific diet plan

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Please consult a doctor get a test done for your thyroid I believe you could be suffering with hyper thyroid in the first place and archery important for you to check if that’s not positive then you have to have a proper diet plan with a nutrition expert
