ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 2 year old now sorry but no attachment is seen with your questions bumps on tongue can be due to vitamin b complex or iron deficiency so include seasonal fruits and vegetables like spinach and add dates jaggery to feeds
