My sister's baby girl is 2 months old and we have noticed black colour on tongue . could I get any solution for it??

Maybe it is little dirty that is why this may be happening you can kindly consult your doctor for that and that is what is going to be benefited because once you get check the doctor would be able to tell you what is the situation and how do you need to deal with it
