# ask expert hello my daughter caught cold and her nose is full blocked only cold .refuse to eat and drink ,given forcible she spiting .not even taking water and milk and urinating only twice or thrice a day .since three days and her eyes fully watering and become small.even her weight has reduced like 40 gms. Please give answer

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weighdwt for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
