#Ask d expert .. my 4.5 yr old was stepping down from stairs nd came to him dat he has hit his feet .. i dun knw weather he hit d corner of stair or his foot got twisted .. dat time nothing was dere bt at night dis happened ..plz help what is it and what i can do to heal dis ..

Little bit of swelling so what you do right now is to keep an ice cube on cold pack onto this area to let this things settle down after that you can apply Thermophob on this do this two or three times in the night and by the morning if your child is better it’s good otherwise check with your doctor and if there is pain you can give paracetamol every six hours
