Along with that you can do yoga. Yoga is a best practice to reduce post delivery weight and it will also help you in keeping fit. Take adequate liquid and have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and most of the ladies gain weight after delivery and please have more rich fibre food and protein diet and also do yoga planks and surya namaskar to reduce belly fat.
