Q.
As per his class teacher he is a bright student but does lot of mischief. when teacher is shouting at any student he will giggle or laugh at times. At home also we have to tell him to sit in one place. Academic wise he is very good .

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. okay can be hyper active child interaction more for some time ok. to improve proper immunity in the baby you had to give all the vaccines including optional one and give all seasonal fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals proper physical exercise
