As of recent problems with nestle product is cerlac is safe for my little baby?? i was very confused abt this plz rectify this... Thank you

Hi I can see that your kid is only 4 months old. so better is to exclusively Breastfeed till 6 months. after that start with only home cooked foods like dal water. rice water initially then move to boiled apple, soft upma, sheera, porridge, mashed potatoes, banana mashed

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. yes you give cerelac as first food to baby.. you can prepare home made as you don't prefer market one.. you can give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge dalia sabudana mashed khichdi dal water rice water boiled mashed potato sweet potato carrot apple pear sapota banana papaya.. remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
