As my child is 23 months old she won't eat properly.....Is this reason for having worms in stomach...

you may diagnose the worm infection with the help of stool test.
With the help of stool test, you will be able to know if she has any worm Infection or not.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Give her more Probiotics and citrus fruits
