Q.

as many posts tell that sleep on your left.... continuous sleeping on left side is hurting and paining at the back too.... any suggestion??? how to reduce back ache and left side pains

A. to find out the reason why you are having pain on one side particularly it may need to take an x-ray also depending on the need treatment will be there better to sleep and hard background
