As it is a summer can i give some water to my 3 months old

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. No need to give water to the baby as mothers feed contains water as well and if you are giving formula milk that is prepared in water only and mother milk contains all essential nutrients

Water content of breast milk is 80 to 90 percent, so even In a summer, water is not required till 6 months.
