as I have allergic rhinitis on nose frequently sneezing blocking lots of water discharge on nose wht to do sir by taking ceterzine tablets it's cute but use of it's may cause lots of sleep body pain and so on. wht to do sir

prefer ayurveda remedies..yoga and pranayam to help torally with allergic rhinitis
