Q.

As babies reach 6 months, how can we determine if their immunity is strong, and what signs should we look for to identify if their immunity is weak? With the introduction of semi-solids, what are the best foods to add to their diet to boost their immune system and overall health?

A. See that your child is often falling sick and not keeping up well with the health then that is definitely assigned that your child is having low and poor immunity other than that the second thing that you need to look for is to make the healthy immunity for your child is to avoid junk food too much of sweet food and fried food generally as long as you can because these parents introduce junk and Maggie really early to the kids which is very very unhealthy so that’s what you need to do and best food to start with fruits and vegetables of all kinds and then you can give porridge and khichadi to your child child
