if we have throat pain and there is fever is better that you consult the physician as it looks City signs of covid.
definitely you can take paracetamol tablet one or 2 doses, but not more than that without the prescription of the doctor.
it's better you take paracetamol 500 mg then taking Dolo 650 mg
