A. take Ibuprofen + paracetamolonly. as some cold medicines may contain caffeine too. so take Ibuprofen and paracetamol.

A. Of course you can take any cold medicine of your choice whatever you have been taking any time into your normal course of life other than antibiotics you can take the same way is absolutely no problem with that
