Q.
April 9th I delivered boy baby. it's been 5.5 months now. I had a c section delivery. family has planed for a trip. can I go for trekking now?

But, still would suggest you to consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
