approx from 3 months I m having backache Now it is very difficult to do the house chores As baby is small I'm facing many difficulties and even after three months it is not reducing . Sometimes it is more and less but it is there

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello have calcium rich food in the diet and also check with your doctor for additional calcium supplements which can be helpful and it is a !UST as long as you are breastfeeding your baby and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor can guide you better
