Q.
Anyone suggest lactation supplements to increase milk flow which worked for you. Tablet or powder . I am currently taking unilact tablet, satavari and mother horlicks. I dont see much difference in my supply. Please Suggest me some good supplements .

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear mum , more than the supplements other imp points are mire u breadtfeed more will b supply look for correct latch be confident not stressed good water intake balanced diet if 24 hr urine output, wt gain isadequate , alert baby then supply is good

Author of questionMom of a 1 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. Initially my baby is not latching properly. Now i corrected latch position. But supply is low. So baby is latching for 10-15m only. Now i am hand expressing milk.
