A. Hi For healthy weight gain, you need to add foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews dates banana, chickoo peanuts, til seeds, coconut, egg, paneer, to baby's recipes. Avoid junk foods like Biscuits, waffers bakery products, chips chocolates
