A. eat fibre rich foods each day.You can get fiber from fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, peas and lentils. drink plenty of fluids.

A. You can take your doctors advice for laxative otherwise you should consume buttermilk coconut water water generally maintain hydration and fibre is tired that usually helps but it would be good if you want to check with your doctor regarding this
