any side effect to use lactare medicine

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. usually no you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatxavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ). you have to take all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid which has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child.

Not at all they are completely safe to be consumed if you do not feel good with medicines that were having as of now then you can Theek Hai advise you if you are not satisfied or sorted with one your honey when you can always taken advice video lactation doctor
