Any medicine for Ear pain for 2 yr old due to cold??

Paracetamol would be a good medicine to be given to the child as a painkiller but if the pain is consistent into the ears of your child I think it would be better for you to get examined with an ENT doctor as per the issue whatever medication would be required the doctor would advise you on that
