Cetaphil sunscreen lotion would be good you can use SPF 50 for yourself that would be a very good option for you to use so you can proceed using it as of now this would really be helpful in maintaining the skin tone and will help in deduction of tanning over the period

A. you should use mamaearth chia oil free sunscreen. it protects the skin and keep it oil free
