Q.

any cream or powder for adult diaper rash....more red. rashes arround diaper area with reddish skin pain

A. Just regularly apply Boroline anti septic cream on top of that you can use candid dusting powder that is going to be helpful and still if the problem is persisting and does not settle down within 48 to 72 hours to quite an extension in that case you can check with your doctor as well
