As now toddlers can be given all family foods , so not to worry on that, you can give whole eggs , if preffered , dry fruits , nuts and seeds, also you can give fruit such as avacado, banana , chikku ,mangoes etc all seasonal ones,
you can also make fruit milk shake as well.

Mam there is no such weight gain recipe your child should actually eat all the food whatever is been traditionally made at your home for your entire family and that is the best thing that you need to offer to the child and that is going to help your child eat the food well
