And also we are looking for a good dietician for his weight gain. please help πŸ™.

A. Namaste Mom, For the child this age their diet should consists of all family foods, were in include foods from varied food groups to them. to provide with balance diet. inlcude dry fruits , nuts and seeds, also you should be giving fresh fruit milk shakes as well. eggs if you prefer legumes such as chana, rajma, lobia etc , stuff paranthas
