There is no one single food or dish that when u consume can lead to weight gain
If you want healthy weight gain then have balanced meal which is calorie and nutrient dense
Include ghee, oats, sprouts , fresh fruits specially banana, Chikoo, vegetables, paneer, eggs , daal, dry fruit in your diet

besan chilla are good .
along with that, you can offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
