Am working mother my shift time taking 8 hrs so kindly share proper breast milk plan can I use breast feeding pump and how to store kindly give suggestions pls

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! You can try using Babyhug Breast pump. Expressed milk will stay good for 1 to 2 hours when kept at normal temperature, 3 to 4 hours when refrigerated. Do not boil or heat refrigerated milk. Just thaw it before using it. Store the expressed breastmilk in air tight container.
