NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it is normal and is absolutely nothing to worry.. breastfed babies will have less waste and can go without passing motion also for 7 weeks and if the baby does not pass motion even after 7 days then you can check with your doctor for an additional suppository that can help baby pass motion
