A. Make your food look nice. Use garnishes, different plating, and multi-colored foods to stimulate your appetite.Make food available. Get readily available, high-calorie snacks like nuts or dried fruit. ...Avoid strong-tasting foods. ...Try a light exercise before you eat. ...Try a meal replacement. Please consult a doctor before taking Practin Syrup 200 ml if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Practin Syrup 200 ml is not recommended for children below 2 years of age, as the safety and effectiveness were not established.1) Compulsory breakfast. ...2) Offer water 30 minutes before meal time. ...3) Feed every two hours. ...4) Snacks are meals. ...5) Peanut is not just any nut. ...6) Don't make milk a meal. ...7) Offer favourite foods. ...8) Offer small bites.Breast milk also helps to improve the immunity and appetite in babies. Banana: Bananas are high in carbohydrates, potassium, dietary fibre, Vitamins C and B6 thus an excellent source of natural energy. A single banana provides more than 100 calories. Bananas can be introduced after six months of age.We often see this temporary loss of appetite in three- to four-month-old babies because they've just come off of a growth spurt. Loss of appetite in your baby at two months might also be because of a lull in growth, but it's more likely due to a change in the composition of your breastmilk.

A. It's common for toddlers to eat only very small amounts, to be fussy about what they eat, and to refuse to eat at all. There are a few reasons for this: Toddler appetites vary constantly because of growth spurts and variations in activity. Toddlers aren't growing as fast as babies, so they need less food.
