am breastfeeding my 3 month old baby girl and I am having sore throat from 2days what medicines are safe for sore throat for lactating mothers?

Ma’am you can take any basic medicine that you have taken in general course of life or during the time of pregnancy so you can take any basic medicine there is no problem at all because during lactation only antibiotics are not suggested without Dr’s recommendation rest you can take
