am a brestfeeding mother for 2 months baby.. i want to know... vaccine is safe for feeding mother or not?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. recently government guidelines say that nursing mothers can get vaccinated for covid and it is safe to feed thereafter but pregnant women and children need to wait for vaccination till recent update .and further if you are concerned you can take guidance from your doctor to get proper suggestions about it which you can follow accordingly it will be better for details

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. If you are breastfeeding, or planning to breastfeed, you can continue breastfeeding after vaccination. Clinical trials on the use of coronavirus vaccines while breastfeeding are not advanced. However, the available data do not indicate any harm to the breastfed infant.
